What are the support hours?
Our online support works from Monday to Friday, from 09h to 18h. However, for Professional and Enterprise plans, we offer priority support at extended times.
How does the initial training work?
We offer a series of video tutorials and, depending on your plan, a live training via Google Meet for you and your team to master all Petgenda tools.
Does Petgenda help with data import?
Yes! Our technical team assists in the migration of data from other systems to ensure you do not lose your customer and pet history.
